SOFIA Tower is a 40-story building designed by Cesar Pelli. It is located in the heart of San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL.

Among the tallest in the country and with a gross area of over 57,600 square meters, the upscale building includes private offices, residential spaces, numerous first-class amenities, and a Green Roof.

SOFIA is the first LEED CS Gold certified building in the city of San Pedro and the second one in the state of Nuevo Leon.
