Based in Rome, Italy, Francesco is the Director of operations in the European territory for SINERGI. He is a member of the GBC Italia’s Executive Committee, with responsibilities on international relationships. He is a registered architect and in addition to his work with SINERGI he is the Director of the UARK Rome Center, the European Hub of the University of Arkansas where he also teaches Architectural Design, Architecture of the City and Environmental Parametrics.

Ryan Williams is a mechanical engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has four years of hybrid vehicle design experience where he became interested in energy efficiency and the global impact of antiquated technologies. Coupled with his experience in commercial HVAC system and controls design, Ryan has gained an invaluable holistic perspective of building systems, which greatly benefits his building commissioning work.

Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Rodrigo manages the Latin America territory. As the green building certification specialist for SINERGI, he has managed the LEED certification process for multiple projects in Europe, Mexico and the United States. He has a M.Sc. in Certification for Sustainable Design and Bioclimatic Architecture from the University of Barcelona. With fifteen years of experience in various sectors of the construction industry, he has developed an enduring passion for environmental care and conservation, promoting green building standards in every project he’s been involved.
