The first studio for architectural firm Perkins & Will in Mexico, located on the 11th-floor of Tower Equus 335— in the Valle del Campestre neighborhood at the heart of the San Pedro district.

The project achieved LEEDv4 Platinum for Commercial Interiors, becoming the second Platinum project of its type in Mexico and the largest in Latin America.
