This four-story historic building, originally constructed in 1910 is located in the central, Vittoria neighborhood. This restoration and redevelopment project aimed to re-functionalize the building with a value of sustainability and returning this historic structure to its original residential use. This project has made the necessary changes to integrate environmental sustainability criteria, not included in the original design, leading to the application of the GBC Historic Building ® protocol.
