Manini Prefabbricati S.p.A. built a new 1,885 m² headquarters building outside of Assisi, Italy in 2022. The building is composed of office spaces, but also has the ability to host events.  This project has achieved LEED certification under the LEEDv4 Commercial Interiors Rating System by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
