SINERGI offers energy management services for new projects as well as existing buildings. For new construction projects we offer energy modeling to simulate the expected energy usage of a facility. This helps the design team gain a better understanding of the building’s energy performance to gauge which design solutions are cost effective and provide the best energy conservation options for the facility. We have experience providing energy modeling services for LEED certification pursuing buildings, and the associated documentation process that follows. As this is typically a complex process and a very critical component of the LEED certification, we manage the communication with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to accurately retrieve energy modeling input and use preliminary output to positively influence the energy efficiency of the building during the design process
