Patrik Lazzari BECx, LEED AP BD+C
Principal
Patrik has over twenty years of practical experience in the construction industry focusing on building science and building envelope technology. Brought up in Italy and educated in Sweden he has developed a keen sense of the durability and sustainable aspects of buildings. With a M.Sc. in Building Science Patrik set out to fulfill his longtime dream of creating an organization that provides services to optimize the performance of buildings and the indoor environmental quality for their occupants.
Francesco Bedeschi Arch., LEED AP
Director – European Market
Based in Rome, Italy, Francesco is the Director of operations in the European territory for SINERGI. He is a member of the GBC Italia’s Executive Committee, with responsibilities on international relationships. He is a registered architect and in addition to his work with SINERGI he is the Director of the UARK Rome Center, the European Hub of the University of Arkansas where he also teaches Architectural Design, Architecture of the City and Environmental Parametrics.
Ryan Williams PE, CxA
Director of Commissioning
Ryan Williams is a mechanical engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has four years of hybrid vehicle design experience where he became interested in energy efficiency and the global impact of antiquated technologies. Coupled with his experience in commercial HVAC system and controls design, Ryan has gained an invaluable holistic perspective of building systems, which greatly benefits his building commissioning work.
Rodrigo Gómez Junco LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, EDGE Auditor
Director – Latin American Market
Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Rodrigo manages the Latin America territory. As a LEED AP BD+C, he has managed the LEED certification process for multiple projects in Europe, Mexico and the United States. He has a M.Sc. in Certification for Sustainable Design and Bioclimatic Architecture from the University of Barcelona. With twelve years of experience in various sectors of the construction industry, he has developed an enduring passion for environmental care and conservation, promoting green building standards in every project he's been involved.
Giulio Davino
Sustainability Project Manager
Based in Rome, Italy, Giulio is a registered Architect and LEED Green Associate with a special focus on climate adaptation and mitigation strategies. Giulio’s passion lies in parametric design analysis, as it is a tool to understand complex environmental issues and therefore elaborate solutions. His work experience is centered in counseling design/construction teams and Owners on the application of environmental and energy design protocols, (LEED BD+C, LEED O+M, GBC Italia Home, GBC Italia Historic Building).
Guglielmo Giusti
Assistant Project Manager
Based in Rome, Italy, Guglielmo has a M.Sc. in Energy Engineering from Sapienza University. Before joining SINERGI, he finalized a successful internship with the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) where he assisted with the LEED certification of the HQ. As a result, he developed a strong interest in building energy efficiency and sustainability, and his short-term goal is to become a LEED AP EB+OM. As a consultant for the European SINERGI branch, he manages various Italian LEED projects as well as GBC Italia projects. Guglielmo manages the certification process at various project phases, interfacing directly with the design and construction team, as well as building owners. He also provides close assistance and support to SINERGI’s Commissioning Authority during Commissioning.
