PROJECT NAME: MSARNG Field Maintenance Shop #4

LOCATION: Gulfport, Mississippi

DESCRIPTION: The Gulfport FMS #4 Building is an existing 2-story Field Maintenance Shop located in Gulfport, MS. It consists of vehicle maintenance shop areas, training facilities, administrative offices and a commercial kitchen. The total area of the building is approximately 23,000 sf. The training rooms, kitchen and administrative areas are mechanically heated and cooled, while the remaining areas are either semi-heated or un-conditioned.

The building experienced heavy moisture induced problems caused by failures attributed to the  building enclosure and the mechanical systems. The assignment included Retro-commissioning of the building, investigation of problem and proposal of remedial actions.
