LOCATION: Starkville, Mississippi

DESCRIPTION: The E.E. Cooley Building is an existing 2-story building with a partial basement level located in Starkville, Mississippi. The building originally housed a cotton mill before it was purchased by Mississippi State University in 1962. It has mainly been used as MSU’s physical plant, with office space on the ground floor and storage space on the second floor. The objective of the remodeling project is to transform the building into tenant office space and a conference center. The total gross square footage is 94,000.
