DESCRIPTION: New 6,500 sf of office space build-out within the SOFIA Tower in the San Pedro district of Monterrey, Mexico. Capital Natural Corporate Office is the first Platinum LEED for Commercial Interiors project in Monterrey, and the highest scoring CI project in Mexico.
