PROJECT NAME: ARBOLEDA Club House

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

DESCRIPTION: : The Club House is part of a multi-use complex called Arboleda, which master site was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. The two-story building is approximately 29,000 square feet including a basement and among its different amenities there is a movie theater, a bowling lane, a pool and a virtual golf simulator. Club House is the first Platinum LEED for Core & Shell project in Monterrey.
