LOCATION: Madison, Mississippi

DESCRIPTION: The 101 Port Street Building is an existing 3-story office building located in the Lost Rabbit neighborhood in Madison, MS. It consists of a mix of built-out and occupied, as well as unfinished tenant office spaces. The building was constructed in 2007. The exterior skin comprises a direct-applied stucco system applied onto a weather barrier onto OSB exterior sheathing. The Owner expressed concerns about evidence of moisture related damages in numerous parts of the building, which was primarily manifested in the form of water infiltration and subsequent microbial growth.
